The movie “Straight Outta Compton” was a worldwide success in regards to ticket sales this week. The movie tells the life story of one of the most dynamic rap groups of all time, N.W.A.

We have seen a lot of rap biopics produced over the years, but very few were well done. In honor of some of rap's biggest names hitting the big screen, here's the list of some of the best movies based on the lives of rappers.
