Salvador Dali's Basket of Bread This was a tough one for me because I have so many to choose from. Here are the three people that I would love to have dinner with and also have some interesting conversations.
Salvador Dali Not only do his surreal paintings astound me, but also his nonconformist outlook which attributed to his eccentric behavior and appearance.
George Orwell I still remember how I felt after reading the dystopian masterpiece, 1984. The story takes the reader on an eye opening journey by following Winston Smith's unrelenting pursuit of social justice and freedom. Many people draw comparisons of Big Brother's tight grip of Oceania and the way the citizens are easily manipulated by the alteration of history to present day society.
Hunter S. Thompson Although he was known for his contributions to the area of sports, it was his political beliefs and his critique of the social structure that really caught my attention. Questioning everything from the JFK assassination to the 9/11 attacks, he was truly the definition of an investigative journalist. There they are. Thanks for tagging me,@VinMcCarthy!
