So, lately I've been reading a lot about infused waters. How good they are, how healthy they are for you, how amazing they look. Well, I wanted to see for my self what the fuzz is all about, and let me tell you, it's all true. 1. They are really good. Me and my family loves the taste and I’ve found I can get them to drink a LOT more water when I have a pitcher already made up and available. You can refill your infused water pitcher several times without losing a lot of flavor, and the pitchers also look really nice on a kitchen table. 2. They are really healthy. Studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosta your metabolism, and drinking fruit infused water for weight loss can be an easy way to increase your water intake. Also called detox water, fruit flavored water, or fruit infused water; infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed in cold water. While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health. 3. They look amazing. What else can I say? Looking at the pithcer full of freshly cut, multicolored fruits, mixed with cold water... I think no one can resist taking a sip and of course taking a photo and posting it on social media. The picture above was my first infused water I made. I used oranges, home grown apples, a bit of lemon and one cinnamon stik. It was soo good. I think the extra great touch came from our home made apples.
