Rachelina Takes on Global Diets~Day 6

Day 6: It was actually a pretty good day for me today. The weather was nice in the morning, so I was able to walk to work. Unfortunately, it was freezing when I walked home at night, but on the plus side, it was probably the fastest I ever walked home. lol. As far as my health is concerned, I am no longer sick and I was able to eat according to my new diet plan. Food Journal: Breakfast: A large navel orange and water Lunch: Spicy steamed pork with korean side dishes (not sure what they were called~~my favorite veggie pancakes) Dinner: Beef and Mushroom breakfast sandwich Snack: Navel Orange and water I am not counting calories, I am doing more of a portion thing and I try to eat heavier early in the day (so lunch time). This way I don't go to sleep on a full stomach. I feel that this has really helped with my energy because I don't feel weak or sluggish in the morning. I'm from Atlanta, Georgia, USA, but have been constantly moving around since my college days. So much so that my mom has called me Carmen Sandiego. Just kicked off my global diet experiment to change my life for the better ^_^
