Mojito Morning

Halfway through the work week. And right now, the only thing calling me from my super deep sleep is the beautiful taste of a Mojito. LA living...aint it grand? HAHAHA

So what exactly is a Mojito, anyway? RUM BABY! And four other crucial ingredients. The rum-lime elixir is a traditional Cuban high ball cocktail that includes sugar, lime juice, sparkling water, and mint.

Mojito Madness

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz White rum

6 leaves of Mint

Soda Water

1 oz Fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons Sugar

Directions

Mint sprigs muddled with sugar and lime juice. Rum added and topped with soda water. Served over rocks in a Collins glass. Garnished with sprig of mint leaves. Don't forget the straw!
