This recipe is easy, fast, and tasty. If you've ever tasted adobo, you understand this is the only seasoning you ever need (okay, so maybe Sazon too). Hell, you can use them both. I ain't stopping you. And yes, if you wanna know, I've used both. ;)
What You'll Need:
8 pieces of chicken (bone + skin intact)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of ADOBO
How To Make It:
1) Wash chicken pieces then pat dry.
2) Coat chicken with olive oil and sprinkle Adobo seasoning on chicken.
3) Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the skin is crispy and brown
