[Regularly, the Korean Alphabet is organized in 한글, or hangul. But in this case, I'm going through them by the order on the keyboard. Also, if I make a mistake, don't be afraid to comment! Before you 'report' this card: don't worry--I know the alphabet series isn't K-Pop related but it'll soon be. I'm still going over the alphabet :)]
We're almost done with QWERTY!
We're on the "R" key today, or ㄱ.
GD-Day
But ㄱ isn't actually a "g" you're thinking about. It's more like a k, but instead a g. I know, it's hard; this is one of the hardest things with learning Korean. It's hard to explain myself; It's in between k and g. ㄲ is romanticized as "kk", so that might help you, but I really don't know how to explain ㄱ.
If you want to make a harder "g" sound, or "kk", then Shift+R=ㄲ.
