1) Pop-Art Lips
A swipe of tangerine or fuchsia is awesome. But if you really want to turn heads, wear both... at the same time! Paint lips pink, then tap orange lipstick onto their center to get this two-tone look from the Holly Fulton show.
2) Technicolor Hair
Kool-Aid-colored streaks are the new highlights. And they require no commitment, thanks to the latest temporary hues--hair spray (spritz areas you want colored), hair chalk (just smudge it onto a section).
3) Aquatic Eyes
Dusk Blue may have been one of Pantone's top-10 colors for spring, but nearly every shade of blue was present on the runways... and in dozens of different ways. We're partial to peacock blue ombré lids (at Monique Lhuillier), a cobalt cat eye (at Versus), and midnight smoke (at Jeremy Scott).
4) Celestial Skin
Besides creating a gorgeous glow, a streak of highlighter on the ridge of cheekbones offers that coveted sky-high model look. "The light reflection gives the illusion of a higher bone structure, especially when paired over contrasting matte foundation," says Dior makeup artist Ricky Wilson. Pearly white pigments look best on fair complexions; peachy bronze works on everyone else.
5) Candy-Shop Nails
Pastels have officially kicked their princess vibe, thanks to the new, nonsheer versions. Like matte lipstick, their rich, opaque finish makes a major statement. Fresh shades to experiment with: mint, sorbet, canary, and paper white.
