Rachelina takes on Global Diets~Days 9, 10, 11, and 12.

Yeppers, I was kinda busy the past couple of days so I didn't get to update this :( I know, I feel bad about it, but I am trying to catch up on it now. Don't worry, it will be as honest as possible :) Day 9: Food Diary: Breakfast: Orange and water Lunch: Wheat pasta in spicy tomato sauce, broth, a few pieces of fried seafood. Dinner: Vegetable pancakes and grapefruit soju and ramen. Exercise: - Walk to work 3.5K - Walk home from different subway station: 2.5K Note: It was a Friday night, so I went out with my friend. I do not regret any of it. You know why, because that's something I will probably do for the rest of my life. I didn't overeat or over-drink and I enjoyed myself like a regular person. Like I said, this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. I am going to be honest with myself and realize that I am going to eat something besides eggs and fruit for the rest of my life. Weight: 126.70 Day 10: Breakfast: Orange and water Lunch: 2 eggs and almonds Dinner: Orange and 1 egg I was sick this day, so I didn't leave the house. Weight 126.50 Day 11: Breakfast: Orange and Water Lunch: Gatorade and turkey sandwich Dinner: Orange Note: I was traveling all day, so I couldn't really eat that much during the day. By the time I got home, I was tired from traveling, so I practically passed out. It seems that my weekend schedule has no balance at all. I hope to work on this next weekend so that I can keep up what I do during the week. Honestly, I forgot to check my weight that day because I was in a rush. Day 12: Breakfast: Orange Lunch: Beef Stew (only ate half b/c I was allergic to it, lol)--went and had low-fat frozen yogurt to feel better. Snack: Iced Caffe Latte (no sugar) Dinner: Bagel with cream cheese and Orange Exercise: - Walk 3.5K to work - Walk 3.5K home Note: Actually felt really great today, except for the almost death that occurred. I started using this korean pomegranate vinegar drink which is supposed to help with weight loss. You drink it after your meals, 3 times a day. I will update you on how effective this stuff is. lol. It is the first step into the global diet part of my journey. I hope to update this like a normal person. I posted a picture of it too. I'm from Atlanta, Georgia, USA, but have been constantly moving around since my college days. So much so that my mom has called me Carmen Sandiego. Just kicked off my global diet experiment to change my life for the better ^_^
