Hello guys! Earlier today I went ahead and food prepped for the week. Since I like simplicity, I just food prepped some of the same foods I will be eating throughout the week. My food choices sort of went to sh*t with the drinking and foods that comes with partying. But hey, it is what it is. No use trying to dwell on the past. And I never regret a good chesseburger...SOOOOO.
I just received my jump rope in the mail! So on days I do not go to the gym, I will get a good deal of cardio in with jump roping and a jog.
I've been also participating in active things to get my body moving in a fun way. This past Friday I went on a hike and it was awesome! I went on a 7-mile hike, with an elevation of around 400 feet. It was a very easy hike. The plan is to go on a hike once a week. I will also crank up the intensity of the hikes as the weeks go on (longer hikes, with higher elevations).
I've also signed up for a run this upcoming week. So yeah! I am excited. I do love lifting weights, but I find myself getting pretty bored. So I am just looking for new ways to move stay active.
