DIY stress-relieving foot soak

For this project, you will need:

-- 1 cup of sea salt

-- 1 cup of Epsom salt

-- 2 cups of baking soda


-- Bowl

-- Jar

-- Mixing spoon

Mix the ingredients

In a large bowl and using a mixing spoon, mix together the sea salt, Epsom salt and baking soda until those ingredients are fully combined. Then, add the essential oil and mix again.

To use: pour about 1/4 of a cup of the foot soak into a bowl and add hot water. Then, soak your feet for about 15 minutes to an hour. Then, dry off your feet and apply moisturizer.

Enjoy using the foot soak to de-stress after a long day or week of work!
