For this recipe, you will need:
-- 200 grams of dark chocolate
-- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-- 2 tablespoons of pistachios
-- 2 tablespoons of goji berries (or really any berries)
-- 1 tablespoon of shaved coconut
-- Parchment paper
-- Baking pan
You can find all of these items at the grocery store.
Melt the chocolate
You can either melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a double boiler (the double boiler method will melt the chocolate more evenly). For the double boiler method, boil water in a saucepan. Then, put a bowl with the chocolate in it on top of the boiling water and melt the chocolate. Add vanilla to the melted chocolate and stir until completely combined.
Pour into pan
Pour the melted chocolate into a parchment-lined baking pan. Then, sprinkle nuts and berries over the melted chocolate. Finally, top off with shaved coconut. Then, place the chocolate bark into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
