You're trying to get a nice back? Yeah, barbell bent over rows will definitely get you there! This exercise primarily targets your back. For this exercise, you want to keep your knees bent and your back flat.
1) Hold a barbell with a wide overhand grip. Bend your knees slightly.
2) Pull the barbell to you upper waist. Bring the barbell back down until your arms are extended downward.
Tip: This can get some getting used to. It took me a long time to get it right. I'd suggest using lower weights first to get the hang of proper form.
