When you've bought yourself a kettlebell, you've bought yourself the world (well, almost). There are so many exercises you can do with the kettlebell, you can even do weighted squats with them! The awesome thing about kettlebell swings is that works so many areas of your body, from your glutes to your triceps!
1) Stand over kettlebell, hip-width apart. Have your chest up and your shoulders back.
2) Squat down and grip the kettlebell handle. Have your palms facing you. Stand up while gripping the kettlebell.
3) Explode the kettlebell though your hips and push the weight upward. Don't swing kettlebell all the way up, only up to the chest. Engage your core and squeeze those glutes.
Tip: It's all in the hips!
