Shrimp is one of my favorite sea foods. It's pretty inexpensive, easy to cook, and it's full of flavor. Oh, and shrimp is low in calories -- with only about 7 calories per shrimp! NICE! Okay, I'm hungry. Let's cook.
What You'll Need:
20 large shrimp
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
How To Make It:
1) Place frozen ship in a bowl of cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until thawed. Peel off shell and tail.
2) Place shrimp in a bowl and add the lime juice, olive oil, and minced garlic. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
3) In a skillet over medium heat, cook shrimp and cook until pink. Fill each taco with the shrimp. Add additional toppings if desired.
