Healthy, Homemade Summer Drinks

Healthy fizz exists. Okay, I'm not sure if it's 100% healthy but I believe it's better than the artificial flavors sparkling drinks that are massed produced.

I'll be trying a couple of summer drinks recipe over summer. If you're interested, follow along! :D

Summer Refreshers.

As I mentioned in a earlier card, I don't like soda. Perrier sparkling water is the closest thing to soda I actually enjoy. Low fizz content, low sugar, and no artificial colors.

Watermelon Ice Cubes!

This is the best summer drink hack. I've tried icing yogurt and juice but this is pretty much genius! You don't need a ice tray to keep the mold the watermelon. Just chop the fruit to small cubes, put them in a frozen zipper bag, and let it sit in the freezer for a couple of hours.

When the time comes take them out and use it for tea, juice or plain sparkling water.
