The coldness attacked his burning body and he almost squirmed because it was almost ten times colder than how it usually was. He didn’t move, though, because there was something oddly comforting about Arima’s cold hands.
“Oi, Ryota. What’s wrong?” Arima’s voice sounded both angry and worried. It was actually amazing how he managed to pull that off and his heart ached against his chest because he just wasn’t used to this.
“Nothing.” Ryota whispered without looking back. He couldn’t face Arima right now, because if he did, the boy would see him crying and he would get mad or tease him again. He didn’t need something like that.
“I-I’m just tired. Go take your shower now.” With a heavy heart, he shook off Arima’s hand from his arm and walked towards the room on the left which he and the boy would be sleeping at.
