In Korea, Halloween isn't really celebrated.
In schools, foreign English teachers might encourage kids to dress up, or at dance clubs they might have a foreigner night themed for Halloween, but for the most part Halloween isn't a big deal here.
Recently though, its been catching on and a few places have started offering Halloween-themed treats!
