Olive Tomato Salmon

I tried combining something Italian to my salmon and came up with an Olive-Tomato Salmon baked in the oven. For the Salmon: salt, pepper, lemon juice, minced garlic and a bit of olive oil. Set aside. Garnish: 1. canned tomatoes (remove the juice through a strainer) 2. chop red onions, zucchini and green olives. (I used the green olives since they are saltier than the black). 3. Add some Italian spice, crack pepper, bit of lemon juice and mix. On foil: place salmon then the vegetable mix and over foil. Bake in oven for 15min. 200 `Celsius, open top of foil, throw in some fresh rosemary and bake for another 5~7mins.
