I weigh myself everyday for documenting my transformation purposes only. Weighing yourself once a week is generally a good idea. That way you don't see the daily fluctuations which will make you go crazy and sometimes discourage you because you think you're not losing weight or doing it right.\nThe approach I recommend is weighing yourself once a week on the same day and at the same time. Now you'll get your weekly weight average and you don't have to worry about seeing the scale go up and down on a daily basis.
