Day 25 of the 250k transformation challenge 2017. Today's video is short and sweet. My daily weigh in and body fat progress. I'm having an easy day at the gym today because my entire body is sore and I'll be going to a calisthenics workshop over the weekend. I want to make sure I don't over do it before then. I did 50 minutes of stretching and then 40 minutes of cardio on a stationary bike. The weekend is right around the corner, let's finish the week off strong!
