Day 52 of the 250k Transformation Challenge 2017.
Happy hump day! In today's video both scales still have a big difference for my body fat, however both scales are consistent with how much weight and body fat I've lost. I also realized that I'm in the home stretch of the transformation challenge and I've been snacking way too much. I only have 4 weeks left and if I want to make some drastic changes I'll need to step it up. So going forward I will only be eating my meals and no more snacking in between when I'm bored!
