Day 59 of the 250k transformation challenge 2017. Happy hump day! Mid way through the week and I'm back on track. This past weekend was a small slip up on my journey and I don't have any cravings for carbs, breads or sweets. I've been hitting the gym hard and doing a lot of front lever and handstand progression work. See you tomorrow for day 60!
