Day 67 of the 250k Transformation challenge 2017. Finally back on track! Feeling great and the numbers are dropping once again. So for those of you wondering what type of calisthenics workout I do, it's a program from Calisthenics Academy. You can learn more about it at http://Calisthenics.pw You'll learn the 8 fundamental moves such as the one arm pull up, one arm push up, pistol squat, Russian dip, front lever, handstand and more! I've been doing it since last year and they have evolved from a spreadsheet, to a website and coming soon into a workout app. I highly recommend it if you're looking to get into calisthenics or if you're bored with weights.
