Chewy Espresso Blondies

I want chewy blondies. Not cakey ones. (And in case you don't know what blondies are: imagine chocolate chip cookies in bar form that taste super caramelly). The keys? Underbake them, and let them cool completely before slicing. Some espresso salt on top doesn't hurt, either (:
