Yeah, that's nasty.
Recently someone went to SM Town's cafe in Korea and ate some cookies. It wasn't until she was almost finished that she noticed something crawling around the crumbs.
A maggot.
“F*ck. SM go die. A bug came out of the cookie. I didn’t even know and found out when I was almost done.”
Obviously she freaked the F out and posted about it, and that's when others came forward and said they had issues with it too. To be fair, these cookies were the pre-packaged kind so most people are blaming the company behind the cookies, not SM directly.
