Drink As Much Water As You Can

Without a doubt, drinking plenty of water is the best and most effective method for keeping yourself well hydrated; especially during the summer. Always have a bottle close to you for convenience sake, regardless of whether you are at home, at work, or if you are driving. While you might be tempted to drink chilled water all the time to beat off the heat, it is best avoiding doing so right after you’ve been outdoors to prevent catching a summer cold which can mess up all your summer plans.


Eat Foods That Have Lots of Water
