CN Blue’s Kang Min Hyuk and Lee Jong Hyun Take Over Dramas

Kang Min Hyuk has been appearing in KBS2’s Unexpected You, while Lee Jong Hyun has been appearing in SBS’ A Gentleman’s Dignity. Both dramas recorded high ratings on June 17 with 36.2 percent and 16.6 percent each (AGB Nielsen Media Research), numbers that show just how successful both dramas are. This means that the two of the biggest dramas currently running feature CN Blue members. Kang Min Hyuk debuted as an actor through the 2010 drama It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl, and built up on his career with Heartstrings. In Unexpected You he took on the role of Cha Yoon Hee’s (Kim Nam Ju) little brother Cha Se Kwang, earning the nicknames ‘breakdown Se Kwang’, ‘rough Se Kwang’ and ‘mad Se Kwang’. His love line with Mal Sook (Oh Yeon Seo) adds substantially to the storyline. In the June 17 broadcast, Mal Sook finally found out that Se Kwang was Yoon Hee’s little brother, when she was continuously on bad terms with Yoon Hee. After Kang Min Hyuk releases his charms in Unexpected You, an hour later Lee Jong Hyun comes in as Colin for A Gentleman’s Dignity. Colin is a character that holds the key to the progression of the drama’s story. Lee Jong Hyun first started acting with the film Acoustic, in which Kang Min Hyuk also starred, and started on his first official acting role with A Gentleman’s Dignity. Kang Min Hyuk and Lee Jong Hyun are both paving their way to great careers with their skilled acting. The members don’t have much experience, but the acting lessons that they took whenever they had the time seems to be paying off. src: enewsworld
