Rihanna likes to wait until the product sets into the skin a bit. But there’s no rule to it, foundation and primer are able to be mixed.

Q: “Do you have to set the Match Stix with powder?”
A: Rihanna doesn’t set them with powder. She made the formula specifically so baking wouldn’t be necessary.
Tip 3.

Tip: According to Rihanna’s global makeup artist, this brush can be used to apply primer, foundation and blush. Always blends in seamlessly.
Tip 4.
Product: Precision Makeup Sponge 100
Tip: The sponge has a flat side to get a larger scope of coverage on the face when applying foundation, also prevents the sponge from rolling away lol. Rihanna didn’t just cut it in half to save money.

Product: Invisimatte Blotting Powder
Tip: Although white, it is applicable to all skin colors.
