A New Calendar System - What do You Think??

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this.. while it would be very aesthetically pleasing and nice to know that the number of each day corresponds to the same day of the week, I feel like their would be so many weird complications that come with it.

Would you want to switch to this system??
