The recipe is super simple:
1 quart plain nonfat Greek yogurt.
8 ounces unsweetened frozen blueberries.
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
1 banana, frozen.
1 tsp cinnamon (to give it that kick, honey!)
