Hi guys!! This isn't a smoothie recipe, but I think this will help even more than just drinking smoothies for your healthy skin :) I tried this way to get rid of my blemishes, and redness on my skin! Trust me, it really works !!
Benefits of cabbage:
(2) Cabbage helps dry up oily and acne skin. Internally sulfur is essential for keratin, a protein substance necessary for healthy hair, nails and skin.
(1) First, you have to cut cabbage in to slices and boil them until they get soft!
(2) Before boiling them, don't forget to put vinegar and wash off pesticides!
(3) when you're done, this colored water should be made. Cool it and drink them daily (2-3 times a day!)
(4) I made this almost every week back in the days!! My skin became smooth with no breakouts at all!! It taste kind of weird... but you'll get used to it!!!!
