I know many ppl laugh when they find out that I struggle with anxiety. They say but you are so organized and your planner looks so great. Unwanted or random change can trigger my anxiety. I will become very irritable and negative.
1. I have positive self talk
2. I am aware of what my body is telling me before I have an anxiety so I can take a break to prevent it
4. Remind myself I am not perfect
