Anxiety: Has Many Faces

Hello Fam!

Do you know what is anxiety? Do you and or a loved one suffer from anxiety?Do you know what is anxiety? Do you and or a loved one suffer from anxiety?

I know many ppl laugh when they find out that I struggle with anxiety. They say but you are so organized and your planner looks so great. Unwanted or random change can trigger my anxiety. I will become very irritable and negative.

Tips

1. I have positive self talk

2. I am aware of what my body is telling me before I have an anxiety so I can take a break to prevent it
