What is Korean Traditional Cuisine ?

Korean people love "rice", and mainly, people eat rice for every meal (mostly). But people don't only eat "rice" itself - there suppose to be many Banchans, which are like small side dishes !!


Banchan(/ˈbɑːnˌtʃɑːn/, fromKorean: 반찬; 飯饌;banchan[pan.tɕʰan]) or bansang is a collective name for small side dishes served along with cooked rice in Korean cuisine.
