I have been working in creating me a space that I love. I tend to always wanted that. Part of my self improvement journey I have always had BTS in my life and the goal of creating and safe place for me. I struggled with having a wayyyyyy messy room!!!! Like I was just holding on to clothes, make-up, and beauty stuff. Well after throwing all the unnecessary ish out I am recreating my space. I knew I had to have something BTS. This is just in the making and I will update yall with my entire room when completed. Please ignore the wall lol.
I will say that your environment does play a role in your mental health. Every since I have cleaned my room and began decorating it I sleep better and my stress has been reduced.
