I'm proud to announce that I am a therapist/social worker who sees a therapist. This is one of the best things I could do for me for my self care. I'm learning to understand I can praise myself and over working is not something I need to do. I'm learning that every day is a process and a victory. It is good and okay to be proud of my progress.
