Are you getting quality sleep? When educating people about self-care I've learned many of them aren't getting enough sleep and they don't have a sleep routine. Sleep is another super important asset to self-care and a healthy life. This is the time for body to reset and heal itself.
Benefits of Sleep
One huge benefit of sleep is time for healing inside and out. However, there are other great benefits. Think of our cellphones. If we keep them always running and never shit them down the life span is cut short and or it begins to crash. Our bodies are the same.

What's your sleep routine? Don't have one? I got you covered. Your sleeping routine doesn't have to be complicated. If you find that you can't sleep when it's time. Then you really need one. Good quality sleep starts before you hit that bed.
My Sleep Routine
1. Playing relaxing music while I tiddy my room.
2. Lite a candle while sipping on soothing tea and or have a healthy snack
3. Shower using calming scents
4. Listen to what I want, and or read a book, and or watch 2 YouTube videos of my choice
6. Shut off ringer on phone
7. Set alarms
8. Play calming music for deep sleep at low volume
9. Place phone on charger
