Hello everyone! I'm here to shed some light on the second season of the show Queendom. For those of you who aren't aware of the first season it featured 6 trending girl groups/soloists who battled to determine who would be number 1. The groups/soloists that competed were AOA, Mamamoo, Lovelyz, Oh My Girl, (G)I-DLE, and Park Bom. Mamamoo were crowned the winners and Oh My Girl placed second.
Road to Kingdom is the boy group version of Queendom. There will 7 boy groups participating in this season (see below) and they will essentially be doing the same as the previous season and battling for the number 1 spot.

So, who are the 7 groups you ask?
[Pentagon]
I'm excited to see them on this show! Hui or Kino will compose such an amazing song I swear!

I'm glad to see an underrated group on here. ONF deserves the world they are so talented!
[Golden Child]
Um yes! They will do amazing on this show!
[The Boyz]
Again yes!! I am going to have a very hard time staying loyal to supporting just one group this season!

Another super talented group that I freaking love so much! I can't wait to see them compete!

GOD I'm going to die watching this show, I just know it. I mean all these groups on the same stage?!

Below is only a teaser since they have not debuted yet.
I can't wait to see what they have in store for us. I had the privilege to walk right past these boys (granted I walked past all of the World Klass contestants/trainees, not the official end lineup) when I was at KCON NY. They are adorable I promise!

If this season goes the same as last there will be a total of 10 episodes.
They will do a preliminary round of one of their own songs but the songs must be rearranged.
(Just a slightly different version made of the original song.)
They will do a cover song of one another.
(For example: last season Mamamoo covered AOA's Good Luck & AOA covered Mamamoo's Egotistic.)
They will do Unit Performances.
(For example: last season each group sent a main vocalist & main dancer to a vocal unit and a performance unit that performed separately. So, for example say Pentagon sent Kino as their main dancer, he'd join the performance unit with another member from a different group, for my example's sake lets say he joins Q's (of The Boyz) unit. Therefore Kino&Q's performance unit is competeing against the performance units formed by the other performance unit representatives but Kino would still be representing Pentagon and Q representing The Boyz. If Kino&Q's performance unit wins Kino would earn points for Pentagon and Q for The Boyz. The vocal unit is a little different, all of them competed against each other in one unit last season.)
They will do "Fan-dora's Box."
(This is a fan's choice, they perform what the audience suggests.)
Each group will produce a new song for the Final.
(For example: (G)I-DLE's Soyeon produced their song 'Lion' for their final performance.)
Note: All groups make it to the final round.
