The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and other tasks providing support where needed. This is a full-time position with some opportunity for both a flexible schedule and to work virtually from home, and also includes some limited travel.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Answering support tickets submitted throughout the day.
Generating specific marketing reports.
Answering the phone.
Testing websites workability.
Looking after existing clients who may need help or assistance.
Feeling comfortable in a team environment.
Fair ability to communicate freely.
Gather, input and validate data from various sources including core systems and excel.
Provide support and guidance to field engineers in relation to data inputting and accuracy.
Update and maintain spreadsheets, reports and trackers with a high degree of accuracy.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are fulfilled within agreed time lines.
Recording accurate records of customers, transactions and contact.
To ensure the accurate maintenance of all customer records.
Processing purchase orders for the Key Accounts team.
Logging customer documentation.
Ensuring customer information is up to date.
General administrative duties to support the team.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
A strong interest in website marketing and working for a web design agency.
Strong teamwork skills.
Very comfortable on the telephone.
Proficient in the use of excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Data input and analysis skills.
Methodical and tenacious.
Ability to consistently work towards set objectives and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to ensure that successful relationships are established and maintained.
Computer literate, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook and other Windows systems.
High quality administrative skills, and attention to detail.
Experience with customer enquiries - emails, phone calls etc.
Microsoft Office knowledge (specifically Excel).
Previous experience within an administration role.
Excellent communication skills.
