Bench dips are the perfect home exercise to shape your triceps. Just get a chair or sofa and place your hands on the chair keeping your head forward. Now, slowly move your body down in a straight line, keeping your body close to the chair. It's a simple yet effective exercise that tones your entire body and doesn't just tone specific inches or spots.
