Lox Rangoons

Ingredients: - 8 oz cream cheese, softened - 3 oz lox, thinly sliced cured Salmon - 2 1/2 Tbsp chopped chives - 24 wonton wrappers Directions: 1) Pre-heat oven to 350 F. 2) In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, salmon, and chives together. 3) Spray both sides of the wonton wrappers with cooking spray and place them in your muffin tin. 4) Spoon roughly 1 Tbsp of the salmon mixture into your wonton. 5) Bake for 10 minutes. 6) Enjoy!
