•Recent injury to your muscle.
•Signs of infection in muscle or joint.
•Recent fracture of your bone. Stretching in this condition can affect bone healing.
•Hypermobility in your joint.
•Feeling of sharp pain when muscle is stretched.
•Bony block during joint motion.
•Recent surgery (incisions on your skin). Stretching may disrupt your incisions.
•Grade 3 tear of muscles (complete rupture)
