[Week 1] Wednesday & Saturday - Cross Training

Cross Training incorporates multiple kinds of cardio to keep your heart rate up and your metabolism literally burning. This 30 minutes guide will have you on the bike, elliptical, and treadmill. I suggest doing this in the morning and then stretching and maybe even taking a dip in the pool to relax your muscles. This workout is intense! Do this once Wednesday and once Saturday for your Week 1 Cross Training.
