10 Minute Barre Workout With Nicole 'LaBarre'

This workout is sculpted to be no impact but high intensity. This would be great for those of us with bad leg joints or lower back pain. Nicole explains each move clearly and takes the entire routine at a very slow pace. It was actually quite relaxing (although my muscles were protesting the entire time!)
