Lettuce salad with pickled okra and grape and cucumber vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Medium lettuce leaves

400 grams of cherry tomatoes

4-3 zucchini

Ground black pepper

1 kg fresh, clean and dry okra

1/2 lemon sliced

3 whole peeled garlic cloves

1 hot green pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Grape vinaigrette, cucumbers and lime

3 small cucumbers

250 grams of green grapes

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or lemon


Prepartion:

Prepare the pickled okra


Put lemon, garlic and hot pepper in a medium bowl and add okra.


Add salt water and top with oil, and place on the windowsill for 5 days. When the okra is ready, transfer to the refrigerator for another week.


Prepare the vinaigrette

Finely grind all the vinaigrette ingredients in a blender. The sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
