Step 1: Get a Remover/Cleaner.
Invest in a high-quality paint remover. Trying to save money by purchasing a less expensive remover may not be successful, and you may end up scratching your bottle. Purchase a glass cleaner as well if you don't already have one.
Step 2: Decide on a location
A paint remover, in general, emits strong fumes that can be harmful to your skin. As a result, you can operate in a well-ventilated area or outside.
Step 3 – Switch on the computer and open the windows.
If the esd plexiglass you're cleaning is an indoor fixture, such as a door, make sure all the windows throughout the work area are open.
Step 4: Arrange the Newspaper
Place some newspaper in the field where you'll be working. Slide the newspaper under the door while you're washing it. Make sure you have enough layers of newspaper.
Step 5 – Maintain the Floor
Your floors' finish can be harmed by paint remover. As a result, if remover spills on the tile, wipe it up right away with a towel.
Step 6: Remove the Remover
Over the painted patch, squirt the remover. Using a semi-liquid paste of the remover to clean a door or something else that has esd plexiglass in an upright position.
Step 7: Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Allow at least 20 minutes for the paint remover to work. This will allow the paint remover to work quickly on the paint and break it down so that it can be easily removed.
Step 8: Remove the Paint
Gently chip away the paint with the plastic scraper. Make sure the plexiglass doesn't get scratched.
Step 9: Avoid Scratches
If any paint seems to be stuck on, don't try to force it off. You're going to scratch the bottle. It is preferable to reapply the remover and wait another 20 minutes before proceeding.
Step 10 – Use Cleaner
Using a folded clean and dry paper towel, apply glass cleaner. To clean up the scraped paint, wipe the painted area with the towel. In comparison to steps 8 and 9, you can use more force in this move.
Step 11 – Carry on with the procedure.
If there is still some paint left, repeat steps 6 to 10. You won't have to do this more than once in most situations.
Step 12: Concluding
Make sure the environment is clean. Take the newspaper and toss it in the trash. Clean your hands thoroughly to clear any remover/cleaner.
