The first thing you should do is double-check the printer's power supply. The printer's power supply is occasionally unplugged due to a loose/broken connection, and the printer displays an offline state. Disconnect the power cord from the back of your printer while it is turned on. Remove the power line from the wall outlet now. After that, if a USB cable is present, remove it and wait a few minutes. To remove any additional charge, press and hold the power button on the printer for 30 seconds. Connect the printer's power cable to the power supply and turn it on after that.
