Basic Chest and Bicep Workout for Men

These are the basic moves for all levels of weight training. I'm a big fan of the dumbbell bench press, and the classic push up. Be sure to pay close attention to your back when attempting the barbell pullover. Do not strain your lower back when lowering the bar over your head, keep the power in your abs and chest.
