麻婆豆腐 (Mapo Tofu)

[ Mápó dòufu ] This tasty, filling Sichuan dish is made from tofu cooked in a spicy chili sauce, often with fermented black beans and minced meat, usually pork or beef. There are many variations with other ingredients such as mushrooms, onions and water chestnuts. Vegetarian versions are also increasingly popular.
