FOMO is a type of social anxiety that is defined by a constant desire to stay updated on the whereabouts of your friends or well-known celebrities. FOMO people may think that others may be having more fun and leading better lives without them.
Unfortunately, 51% of youngsters report feeling FOMO when they are unaware of their friends’ whereabouts or activities at the time. They will feel jealous of their friends’ happiness in their absence.
